Configuration backup cleanup failed

Logged when a successful configuration deployment cannot list or remove old configuration backups. The deployment itself is not affected. The removed_backups field lists the backups removed before the failure, and the remaining old backups stay in place until a later deployment.

Inspect the error and check the ownership and permissions of the backups directory in the configuration directory.
