Cluster member health probe failed

A cluster member did not return a readable health response.

Logged when a configured cluster member does not return a readable health response before the probe deadline.

Check the logged node's management address, network connectivity and TLS trust. Review the cluster heartbeat timeout if the node responds slowly.

The member remains configured and future probes continue. Availability-aware operations skip confirmed connection failures and timeouts. Trust or incompatible-response errors remain indeterminate and are returned by operations that attempt the member.
