Certificate directory trust anchors changed

Automatic CA directory loading published a changed set of trust anchors.

Logged when an automatic certificate directory refresh publishes different CA trust anchors. Connections depending on this directory are disconnected so they authenticate again using the new trust set.

No action if the trust change was intended. Otherwise, check the certificates in the logged directory.
