Backend has no available connections

Logged when backend monitoring finds no connection that can accept work. This can result from a dependency outage, connection churn, pool exhaustion, or sustained request load. When an alerts block enables backend incidents, incident records report this change instead.

Check backend Errors, Timeouts, and PoolExhausted counters before increasing connection capacity.
