Assistant run failed

Logged when the AI assistant stops working on an operator's message before answering. The endpoint may be unreachable, may have rejected the request or reported an error in its response, or may not have finished within the configured timeout. The run also stops when it reaches max_tool_rounds or when the operator's session ends. Runs the operator stops are not logged.

Check the error and the user field, the reachability of the assistant url, its api_key and model, and whether timeout or max_tool_rounds is too low for the model.
