Applying TCP keepalive to a management HTTP connection failed.

Logged when the operating system rejects the configured keepalive settings for a connection accepted by a management HTTP or HTTPS listener. Radiator closes the connection.

Inspect the error and review the management listener keepalive values supported by the operating system.
