Applying TCP keepalive to an HTTP server connection failed.

Logged when the operating system rejects the configured keepalive settings for a connection accepted by an HTTP or HTTPS server listener. Radiator closes the connection.
Inspect the error and review the listener keepalive
values supported by the operating system.
