Acknowledged RADIUS accounting after Diameter accounting failed

Logged when a bridge query with accounting_failure_policy acknowledge cannot deliver an accounting record, for example because no peer is available, the deadline expired, the answer was not successful, or the session termination after a STOP failed. Radiator Server still acknowledges the RADIUS request, so the NAS does not retry it and the Diameter accounting server may miss the record. The error field shows the failure.

Check the logged error together with the peer group's connectivity and the Diameter accounting server. Use accounting_failure_policy retry when the NAS must retry records that were not delivered.
